This windows and doors company was experiencing declining search engine rankings and visitor numbers which was affecting business. Carpe Diem was given the brief for creating a new, customer-centric website.
How we did it
After immersing ourselves in the client’s brand, we undertook a user experience study into Kat’s online customer behaviour. We coupled these learnings with Google Analytics data to determine vital design changes.
Then we set about redesigning the site to deliver an excellent user experience with vastly improved content and structure.
We also integrated a Partners area into the website so that Kat design centres and retailer partners had easy access to marketing materials, support and product information, thereby improving sales capabilities.
