Insights into user behaviour were gained with focus group testing, a full website audit was undertaken from which we modelled a tighter, more defined site map enabling ease of navigation, search engine optimisation and a better user experience.
Using these rich insights, we then got to work on the build, which included a content management system (CMS) and full SEO integration.
