As their retained agency we worked hard to minimise costs, when the tills weren’t ringing in a closed shop. Working directly with Sara, we ensured hours burnt were as efficient as possible.
Once the framework and theme styling was consistent with the existing brand, we put together training videos so all of the content and product information could be managed and manipulated by Sara and her team.
We were always on hand to help with any questions and jumped in if there were any problems. We even integrated a shoppable Instagram feed and set up delivery options, based on weight and locations.
